A Life in Silk : Dev Diary #70

Just a quick project status update, with only 2 months left until our August dead line, we are very hard at work (no pun intended) on A Life in Silk.

We must say it's been a very challenging project but not for the expected reasons, compared to working on a typical game like a shooter, ALIS is way more demanding on content integration phase.


We originally thought that it would take us only 6-8 months to complete this project but we soon discovered when working with outsourced artists and having "day job" contracts, it gets very difficult to maintain a constant production velocity.

And keeping production velocity constant is the key to completing a game.
